Inspired by the sea, UKSA was founded in London to give children and young people adventures that will broaden their horizons. Our programs are designed with an educational component so they can learn about career opportunities at sea from pre-teens all the way through college-level courses on land or aboard our boats.

We are the Maritime Institute, and we’ve been providing transformational on-the-water experiences for over 30 years. We offer courses that will widen access to maritime training as well enhance employment opportunities in this sector of our society with programs designed specifically towards school children or groups looking at a personal development adventure vacation package having one-stop shopping from lessons about life afloat all way up until getting certified.
